Meet Phil, our Project Manager bringing experience from both international and local projects. Phil is one of our LBP license holders.
In his younger years, he spent a season working in Whistler, Canada and later moved to Australia to work in the mining industry.
Phil began his construction career in London, specialising in high-end residential renovations and loft conversions. When Phil returned to New Zealand, he joined Atkin Construction and project managing residential new builds valued up to $8M, multi-million-dollar commercial developments, and a $15M school upgrade.
Phil is thoroughly enjoying his role at A Grade and is enthusiastic about the exciting ventures ahead. When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him renovating his recently purchased home in Hastings or kicking back with a beer in good company.
