After removing the old exisiting home from this property, our new build is coming together beautifully, with the team now putting the finishing touches on the decking.

Our clients have chosen a stunning composite decking by Eva-Last, which perfectly captures the natural look of timber while offering the durability and low maintenance that modern materials provide.

The result is a sleek, timeless outdoor space that complements the home’s design and the coastal surroundings. We couldn’t be prouder of our team!

We’re proud to showcase our recently completed new home in our beautiful coastal community of Matarangi — a project that reflects the craftsmanship and hard work of our team and subcontractors, but also the shared vision we had with our wonderful clients.

From start to finish, this home has been a standout build for us.

The internal colour selections were thoughtfully chosen to create a calm, cohesive palette that mirrors the natural beauty of Matarangi. Soft, neutral tones and warm textures have been used throughout, seamlessly tying the interior to the outdoor surroundings. The result is a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that feels perfectly suited to beachside living — refined, yet grounded in nature.

Our building team worked together to bring this project to life, holding a high standard of workmanship every step of the way. This home is a testament to their hard work and pride in their craft and we wanted to say a big thank you to all the subcontractors who helped throughout this build.

A huge part of the success of this build was thanks to our incredible clients, who were an absolute pleasure to work with.
