The new Government rules make it easier for Kiwis to build a stand-alone granny flat on their property without needing a building or resource consent — as long as the building is:

✅ Single-storey
✅ Up to 70 m²
✅ Designed & built to meet the NZ Building Code
✅ Built or supervised by licensed building professionals 😉

Heads up, you still need to notify your council before and after construction....we can handle this for you!

Once complete, your home is carefully loaded and transported by our specialist movers. Oversize? No problem — our team coordinates the whole process from scheduling to safe delivery, ensuring your home arrives exactly as it left: perfect.

💪 3. Installation & finishing touches
After arriving onsite, we position your home, level it, anchor it safely and complete any final touches, like access ramps and connections. Before we hand you the keys, everything is checked, tested and polished so it’s 100% ready to live in.
