Humbled to be presented this award for our efforts in offering a difference to the construction industry. Sustainability through action not just greenwashing! We recycled all that could be for our last certified passive house build and only 600kg of waste went to landfill.

A mix of relief and pride receiving this passive house certification plaque today.

It makes all the study, late night calls to German window companies and leg work figuring out the best practise on every tiny element in this house all worth while.

The journey of passive house has been a long an complex process but it comes with such amazing benifits and features that should and must be standard in the future of construction in NZ.

To say I’m proud is an understatement. This represents all that I strive for in my building practise good design, great performance and heaps of passion.
