Something pretty cool going on in the background of the shop a 90s BTCC mondeo. being part of this restoration is a privilege.
This car was built in 1995 in the UK by Andy Rouse engineering and driven in the btcc by Kelvin burt then raced in the USA and ending up in Australia retired under a tree then has come to newzealand with its new owner to be restored to its former glory.

It's had a hard life as they do if you have ever watched footage of 90s btcc it was full on .

It is a mk1 mondeo that had had a mk2 front and rear grafted on to give it that updated look so we have turned it back to mk1 replacing front and rear panels ,lights etc and a little bit of rust along the way .
Such a cool car watch this space more to come .

Quick engine bay tidy up on a mk2 es**rt van. .
fire wall rust ,new battery tray ,re fit factory bonnet latch ,seam seal prime and 2k top coat looks almost like new .

Mk2 4 door we just finished up on off to the painters .
The rolling body came in already stripped and primed. Most of the panels were damaged oil caned and stretched so needed a fair bit of panelwork, a few old repairs that needed re done also.
both rear vent lowers rebuilt with a drain mod ,a new front panel and gaurds fitted ,heater bowl & scuttle painted and fitted a fair bit went in to this one can't wait to see it back from paint .

A full underbody seal and internal cavity wax in sills and chassis rails it will help jazz live a longer happier life .

Still busy but have the room now to say yes to more people needing small wof repairs "dents and rust" it's nice to help people get there wof so they can carry on with life .
The list of bigger resto type work is still there with more cool jobs joining the list we have a busy few months ahead.

Well we hit the up size button!!

It appears I have accumulated too many car parts and my wife said it's time to do some work.. so here goes!!

A huge thank you to everyone that has helped with the move and making this happen.
