Customer Service Representative – Fueling Egmont Village
We are seeking two reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our friendly team.
The roles require flexibility, including availability to work a variety of shifts, with at least one weekend day.

We are looking for positive team members who are proactive, problem-solvers, have amazing time management, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Operating the point-of-sale system and handling cash and electronic transactions accurately
* Replenishing stock, including food, beverages, and convenience items
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store and forecourt area
* Monitoring fuel pumps and ensuring safe operation of the forecourt
* Supporting in-store promotions and merchandising displays
* Adhering to all health, safety, and operational procedures
*Some general admin work, ordering and receiving in stock, rosters, banking may be required for the right applicant.
* Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal)
* Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting and shifting stock
* High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
* Ability to follow procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations
* A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
* Retail experience a bonus
* Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand
