This is a one year Graduate Development Programme which will include spending time in various aspects of our global business. You’ll be assigned a mentor who is a senior leader within the business. You’ll receive first class soft skill and relevant technical training and development which will be undertaken throughout the programme. You'll be p

art of a network of graduates across the organisation in New Zealand and Australia. We want you to use that fighting spirit. Your contribution will be far reaching. We want to incorporate your ideas and insights into the evolution of the programme. Our goal will be to align your interests and strengths with our commercial requirements. It’s a win-win! Applications for our 2020 Graduate Development Programme are now open. This year we'll be looking for TWO Environmental Health & Safety Graduates to join our Programme, so if you've studied in any of the following disciplines and would like to gain exposure to all aspects of EH&S at Fletcher Building, we'd love to hear from you.

• Bachelor of Health Science – Occupational Safety and Health
• Bachelor of Arts – Environmental Management
• Bachelor of Science – Environmental Management
