One of our regular clients had a couple of leaks popping up on their roof 💧
Turns out someone patched it with a sheet lapped the wrong way and slapped silicone all around the A/C unit penetration’s🤦‍♂️⁠

We sorted it with a custom cover flashing without the need to move the air con units — saved the client a bit of cash and a headache 💵

Root ingress was causing a blockage in the sewer line serving two upstairs toilets at a Milford property today. 🏠💧
We CCTV’d the drain to locate the blockage, cut through the concrete to access the pipe, removed the section affected by roots, cleared the blockage, and reinstated the concrete. All sorted and flowing freely again! 👍
