This role suits tradespeople with strong attention to detail who take pride in quality installation and reliable delivery on site.

Another featured Project from the Aye Build team - The Mill - Sports Performance Hub in Queenstown - Construction Managers Cook Brothers Construction and Architects Warren and Mahoney;
In October 2024, Aye Build Ltd completed the installation of the mass timber structure for the Queenstown Sports Performance Hub – “The Mill”, for our client Cook Brothers Construction (CBC).

Our scope included:
• Installation of the mass timber structure, supplied by WIEHAG Timber Construction GmbH in Austria
• Crane and rigging supply
• Temporary propping design and installation

By engaging Aye Build Ltd to deliver a full installation service — including crane supply, rigging, and temporary propping — on a fixed-price basis, we were able to provide cost certainty to our client throughout the project.

Completing our scope of works 4 weeks ahead of schedule, this project reflects strong planning, efficient delivery, and great collaboration between all parties.

Proud to have contributed to a project that supports high-performance sport and the wider Queenstown community.
