We are excited to share photos from one of our recent addition/alteration projects – a stunning Rotoiti family bach. We modernised the interior and added a boat house plus 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a laundry.

We love the personalised bathroom tiles, created from artwork designed by the owners and the American white oak doors which complement the oak vanities in the bathrooms.

We’re excited to share this stunning home transformation we recently completed.

The original look and feel of the home no longer met the family’s needs. We extended the lounge and dining, reroofed and reclad the outside, created a new lobby and added new decks front and back to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow.

What was once a dated space has been reimagined with a thoughtful alteration bringing new life, light, and functionality to the home.
