This one’s a bit different 🔨

Our clients are extremely passionate about there classic cars🚘 and for some time they had dreamed of a much larger garage — with space for more cars, tools🔧 and perhaps a bar.🍻🎵🎶

What looks simple on plans takes real planning and experience, especially when supporting and extending under an existing structure.👷

With all the unsettled weather lately we jumped in sooner than expected to beat the Xmas rush.
Main bathroom, and powder room are already completed and we are now onto the ensuite.

We’re so proud to share that our build for Brian and Tess, designed by Lee Phillips at Masterplan Architectural, has been awarded Gold in the Master Builders House of the Year 2025 New Build $1.5–$2 million category.

To top it off, it’s also been named one of the Top 100 homes out of all the entries across New Zealand this year.

A huge thank you to Brian and Tess for trusting us with their vision, to Lee for the stunning design, Rarebirds Interiors for all the finishing touches and to our whole crew who put their heart and soul into every detail.
