John Deere 6068 finished up last week that split the radiaor top tank and overheated.

*Head machined, new K line valve guides and seals
*Faulty injectors replaced and coded.
*New top tank fabricated locally saving a good chunk of money compared to a new radiator

Cat 924H Leaking transmission oil from the bell housing.
Engine had a few leaks too so I decided to pull the cooling package and engine rather than removing the cab and transmission.

The culprit.. a split torque converter.

Jobs completed:
Transmission input seal
Torque converter
Flex Plate
Engine sump gasket
Rear crank seal
Top tune
Turbo
Radiator hoses
2000 hr service

Spent the end of last week hiding from the weather and finishing up the electrical fit out on this Hino 300, #4 of 5 identical builds.

*Viewtech rear and forward facing camera’s with DVR
*Safe Sync NZ controller. With inbuilt handbrake, tool box door and tail gate alarms
*24v hoist power pack
*Work lights
*Tool box central locking
*Tool box door and tail gate sensors
*24v tail trip compressor
*Internal tool box lights
*12v power sockets in the tool box
*Back aid crane with 24v winch
