❓Has your heat pump suddenly just stopped running this monring?

❓Yes why?
Firstly dont panic, and dont turn it on and off 800 times on the remote! You will confuse the poor thing. Your heat pump has gone onto defrost mode, its cold out there and all heat pumps do this when the temperatures get down to 0 or minus degrees like today.

❓What should I do?
Nothing, boil the jug, run on the spot do what ever you have to do but just let it do its thing and within 7 minutes (ish) your heat pump will start again.
