Another successful billboard installation completed for Harcourts along with repairs and replacement of storm damaged billboard frames next door.

We’ve been looking after this site for around four years now, carrying out ongoing sign changes, maintenance, paint works, building washes and repairs whenever needed. Really appreciate the repeat work and trust from the clients who continue coming back to us.

This project was completed using our counterweight needle system, which gives us the ability to safely carry out this type of work on buildings without existing rooftop anchor systems. We’re one of the only companies in the area equipped with this setup, allowing us to access difficult locations while maintaining high safety standards.

Another big roof brought back under control this week

This one had heavy lichen growth well established into the coating, so the roof was waterblasted, treated, gutters cleaned, and then chemically treated to help kill off the remaining root systems buried into the paint.

Once lichen gets to this stage it starts holding moisture and slowly damaging the roof coating over time. Staying on top of it early with maintenance treatments is a lot cheaper and easier than letting it get fully overgrown.
