Sometimes it's the smaller areas around a home that can make the biggest difference when given a bit of attention!

Our Elite Plastering and Tiling teams recently worked together to give this front entrance a fresh new look, and what a difference it's made.

It's easy to overlook spaces like these, but a little refresh can go a long way in lifting the overall look of your home.

Have an area around your home that's looking a little tired or could do with some attention? Talk to our team about how we can help bring new life to those often-overlooked spaces.

Not for the faint-hearted!

It's all in a day's work for Chad from our paint team, who spent Wednesday working high above the rooftops, getting this roof prepped and primed for a fresh coat of colour!

Steep pitches, tricky spots and some pretty impressive views along the way. There's not much our team can't tackle!

A fresh coat of paint can make a huge difference to the look of your roof, and with the right preparation, help protect it from the elements for years to come.

Thinking your roof could do with a refresh? Get in touch with our team to chat about your options.

Amazing how much personality a couple of statement walls can bring to a home.

Our team recently completed these two feature walls in the same house, each giving the room its own distinct feel. The rich woodland green over the vertical groove panelling adds warmth and depth, while the beautiful floral wallpaper mural creates a softer finish with plenty of character.

It’s a great example of how the right colour, texture or pattern can completely change the feel of a space. A feature wall doesn’t need to dominate the room, done well it can tie everything together and add that extra layer of detail that makes a room feel finished.

A great result across both spaces and some lovely finishing work from the team.
If you’re thinking about refreshing your interiors, talk to our team about interior painting, wallpapering and decorating. A well-considered statement piece could be just what your space needs.

A Changing of the Guard at TMG

After 26 years, today marks a pretty significant milestone for TMG, with Ange McFetrich and Ben Millington officially taking charge of the business.

I couldn’t think of two better people to lead TMG into its next chapter.

Ange and Ben are both extremely sharp and talented operators, but more importantly, they genuinely understand what TMG is about and why we exist: to positively impact our Team, their Families and our Community.

Ben’s journey is pretty special. He started with TMG at 16 after leaving school and is now one of our longest-standing TMG family members. To see him now stepping up to lead the company alongside Ange is something I’m incredibly proud of.

We were also incredibly lucky to acquire Ange’s skills four years ago, and the impact was pretty much instant. Smart, driven and someone who simply makes things happen. Ange has become the glue that makes TMG such a success and I have enormous confidence in her leading the business alongside Ben.

They’re also not doing it alone. We have a stunning management team around them and, most importantly, an incredibly talented team out on our sites every day. They’re the real stars of the show and the reason TMG is what it is today.

It’s hard to believe 26 years have gone by. It’s been an amazing ride and there have been so many people who have played a part in TMG’s success along the way. Far too many to name individually, and I’m extremely grateful to all of them.

With a fairly significant birthday milestone coming up for me later this month, the timing just feels right. I have absolute confidence in Ange, Ben and the team, and there are simply too many things competing for my time and only so many hours in the day.

I’m definitely not retiring. There’s still a significant amount I want to achieve and plenty more I want to build and be involved in. But I also want to make some time to tick off a few bucket-list items and find more ways to support some of my favourite charities and local organisations.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the past 26 years and extremely grateful for the journey.

Most of all, I’m excited to see where Ange, Ben and the TMG team take it from here.

The company is in great hands.

Very grateful.

Thanks,
Todd

We’re opening the door for an apprentice to join our Interior Plastering team!

If you know someone who’s looking for an opportunity to get into a good skilled trade, we’d love you to send this their way.

We’re not looking for experience. We’re looking for the right attitude. Someone who turns up, works hard, listens, learns and takes pride in what they do.

There’s plenty of work ahead, a great team to learn from and a real opportunity to build a career in a trade that takes skill and craftsmanship.

If someone comes to mind who you think would be a good fit for our team, send this their way.

They can get in touch with Ange at [email protected] for a chat.

We don’t often get to see the homes we work on once everything is completely finished, so it’s pretty cool to see how this one came together.

An incredible build by McIntosh Group, with some seriously impressive detail throughout. Our flooring team took care of the carpet installation, and we’re proud to have played a part in the finished result.

And while you might know us for painting, plastering or tiling, did you know we do flooring too? Our team installs carpet, laminate, LVT and vinyl across new builds, renovations and existing homes.

So if your floors are due for an upgrade, talk to us. From helping you find the right flooring through to getting it professionally installed, our team can take care of the lot.

Give us a call on 0800 10 60 70 or email [email protected] and let’s get your flooring project underway.

We’re looking for an experienced Interior Plasterer to join our team.

We’ve got a really strong workload ahead of us with plenty of good projects coming through, so we’re looking for another experienced plasterer who knows their trade and takes pride in doing a quality job.

We also know good tradespeople are worth paying well. If you’ve got the experience and can deliver the standard of work we’re looking for, we’re prepared to pay a very good rate for the right person.

There’s plenty of work ahead, a good team around you and the backing of a local business that’s been around for more than 23 years. We’re looking for someone reliable, easy to work with and proud of the finish they leave behind. Someone who can come in, get stuck in and be a good part of the team.

If you’re already working somewhere and wondering whether it might be time for a change, it costs nothing to have a conversation.

Get in touch with us privately for a confidential chat. Contact Ange at [email protected]

📱 Todd: “Hey fellas, can you head down to SC Toyota and pick up a couple of new vans?”
