Frozen Yoghurt & Acai trend has taken off in NZ, following our neighbour Australia. Lots of businesses have contacted us for how to start a successful Froyo shop. We are writing this post to share our thoughts and open for discussion:

lots of Froyo shops in Australia & NZ are using mild yoghurt soft-serve powder(quite mild), with only 0.82 gram/100gram protein and whopping 26 gram sugar. We are going to offer NZ Dairy, 3 gram high protein & 30% less sugar formulation.

✅ Soft-serve machines:
STAY AWAY from Temu (unknown brand) equipment.
From our point of view, machines are probably more important, as once you invest in, it’s very hard to change them again.
