Main contract secured for the client build, with some sharp redesign and build work alongside Pak Design

Pool is in, engineered footings completed due to proximity, and slab prep wrapped this week. Pour scheduled next week.

We’re tracking well, aiming to prepare for close-in and have slabs down by the 23rd, all while keeping the plant fully operational.
