MB Property Services – Overseas Recruitment | Auckland, New Zealand

MB Property Services is looking for experienced window cleaners, building wash technicians and rope access technicians from around the world to join our Auckland team.

We have positions available for the right people, with New Zealand work-visa support considered where applicable.

We are looking for people with experience in:

Window cleaning, including rope-access glass cleaning
Exterior building washing and property maintenance
Industrial rope access
Working safely at heights as part of a professional team

Rope access qualifications welcomed:

IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3
Industrial Rope Access New Zealand qualifications
SPRAT or equivalent rope-access qualifications

Applicants must be reliable, professional, safety-focused and able to work well in a team.

MB Property Services is currently looking for window cleaners, building wash technicians, and rope access technicians to join our team.
We have positions available with immediate start for the right people.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in window cleaning or building washing
• Reliable and professional on site
• Good attitude and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working at heights
• Exterior cleaning or property maintenance experience is beneficial
Rope Access Technicians (RA1, RA2, RA3):
We’re also keen to hear from technicians with:
• IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3
• Industrial Rope Access New Zealand (Level 3)
• SPRAT or similar qualifications
Requirements:
• Available to start immediately
• Reliable and professional
• Able to work safely as part of a team
