- Qualified Builder Wanted – Renovation-Focused, Leadership Opportunity -
I’m looking for a qualified builder to join a small, tight-knit crew working mainly on residential renovations — kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, house re-levelling, subfloor and structural work. Someone that we can bounce ideas and discuss solutions with. That gets involved with the work and the thought process behind it. Keen to help grow the business with us and see where we can take it. We're looking for someone who wears the company logo with pride and knows how to represent us well on-site when dealing with clients.
This role comes with the opportunity to help lead a team on site, as well as working with other qualified builders. If you’re confident on the tools, enjoy variety, and want to take the next step in your building career, this could be a great fit. With the work we have coming up, it will likely be a split of working along side other qualified builders and splitting up into groups and you leading a small team of labourers/ apprentices.
- The Work:
Renovation projects with a mix of demo, framing, fit-off and finishing
Structural changes, layout alterations, and problem-solving
Supporting and guiding less experienced team members on site
Keeping jobs moving smoothly, with quality and efficiency in mind
- What I’m Looking For:
A qualified builder with proven experience in renovations
Practical, physically fit, and able to work through challenges
Comfortable taking the lead when needed, but still a team player
Strong communicator who takes pride in their work
Own transport and basic tools required
Honest, reliable, and motivated to do a solid job each day
