Whether you’re running a company, or you’re a labourer etc. 👌🏽

There are always posts looking for 'cheap' work or people asking “Why do tradies charge an arm and a leg?”

This is why. 👇🏽
They don't get paid sick leave, annual leave, carers leave, paternity or maternity leave, no pay on rainy days, no overtime or bonuses at the end of the year.

The skills they have are expensive to attain along with the tools/vehicles. The FREE quotes, the ordering, picking up materials, time spent at each job including traveling either way. It all adds up. That's not even looking at business finances like public liability, insurances, regos etc.

So don't ask for cash discounts! Or cheap work. GST is paid on everything they buy. The only discount that can be given is on labour and who would want to be doing that?! 😳

Now they all get to enjoy two weeks of unpaid holidays while everything is shut down over the Christmas break! 🙃🎅🏻🎉

So with that being said thank a tradie this Christmas. If they run their own show, thank them twice! 🤝

PRE-PURCHASE TESTING
As the use of M**hamphetamine (P) has become prevalent in New Zealand, pre-purchase testing is recommended to ensure you know what you are getting before you decide to invest.

RENTAL TESTING
During or at the end of a tenancy, we can test the property for contamination to ensure you conform with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 in which Landlords must provide a clean property.

Hey guys you may already know the government has made changes to the Residential Tenancies Act under these changes smoke alarms are compulsory from 1 July 2016. Also form 1 July 2016 with all new tenancy agreements the landlords will have to provide a statement about the extent of insulation in the ceiling, underfloor and walls of their property.

As part of our July August promotion we are offering a insulation and smoke alarm inspection at a cost of $35 per property + GST.

Batteries and smoke alarms are extra if required.
