Bit of finesse required on this one. Doing up a bedroom in an old villa. Swapping out all window jambs for Kwila, all finishing trims are kwila, and the stuff you can’t see also took its time. Getting the walls and ceiling straight and flat was probably the biggest part of the job. Client super happy with how it turned out. Painting and floor sanding only things left to do.

Slab for my own house is finally poured. No more 10pm tying steel under flood lights after working a normal day 😊

Well it’s been a while since a post. We’ve been busy! Boys have been holding the fort while I’ve been recovering from a broken foot.
Here’s a few pics of what we’ve been up too recently.
New builds for signature homes, wheel chair access ramps (edge protection from seperate contractor), and preparing my own new house floor.

My broken foot not really helping progress but thankfully I have some reliable qualified building mates that are happy to work with my apprentices to keep projects moving forward.

Bit of an update for this week…..
- Mid floor down on both houses and top storey going up over at the new builds in ohope.
- also bit of a big weekend to completely rebuild deck so the buisness can stay operating normal working hours without disruption. Love to help out where we can.
