Wanganui has one of the hardest water in the country - how do you keep your shower sparkling clean?

They're abrasive, slimey and made to clean your dinner plates. But they're also great in a bathroom.

UPDATE:
We're now hearing the water is brown in Springvale, Gonville, St Johns Hill, Wanganui East and Aramoho as well. Add the CBD.

WATER DISCOLOURATION

Are you experiencing water discolourisation?

According to a report on the Council page (at midnight), they had received "a large number of notifications from mostly Castlecliff residents saying their water is discoloured this evening".

They believe this is due to work on the water main yesterday.

Unfortunately they give no indication whether it is contaminated, safe to drink? Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
