Another unfortunate job from Jan floods. Re ply garage and paint, inside the house was wallpaper strip and prep to paint finish. Tricky job with all the stairs and corners etc. came up mint

More flood damage repair and reinstate in Whiti. No finish photos as i didnt paint this one
Had to install a new ply floor ontop of old concrete 75 dynabolts to hold it all down

January’s severe weather incident unfortunately had alot of water enter peoples homes(gutting). This one in Whangamata cut gib 600mm and replace. Then wallpaper strip(took 3days😱🤦🏻‍♂️). Next was to prep walls back to paint/wallpaper finish. Thanks to A & J Lovell Painting and Paperhanging for coming to hang the wallpaper for me.

Will be sad to see the Ute go. But as buisness develops further the van is the way to go

This week long job was for a man who love to cook and a woman who had a cake making business. That meant a wall had to come out and they had a big new redesigned kitchen go in. (I have a after photo)

Another good bathroom reno during the year. Full strip out, replaced half the floor, took out the door and installed a thin wall cavity slider to suit a 1m shower. Followed by plaster and paint all while the clients were overseas. Worked out great

Been a bit quiet on the post front. But ive been busy. Back in May completed a little two unit makeover for a local builder
