Another good bathroom reno during the year. Full strip out, replaced half the floor, took out the door and installed a thin wall cavity slider to suit a 1m shower. Followed by plaster and paint all while the clients were overseas. Worked out great

This job involed alot of demolition as the clients wanted a full open bathroom. Luckily we were able to achieve this as the exterior walls where concrete block, which meant the floor joists from second story ran to each side meaning interior walls where not structural. Clients organised their own plumber and electrician and painted it themselves. The concrete tiled bath took 10hours on a breaker 😬

Unit 3/3 was alot more involved with a leaky pipe in the block work to a outside shower. A full strip back and spruce up was the only way to go with this one. Having to frame out on block work to run new pipes for outside shower and new 1m round shower. These are my favorite jobs. Just the right size for me to do all the work.
