An insight to the creation of weather forecast.

A meteorologist formulates a weather forecast by first gathering vast amounts of real-time atmospheric data (temperature, pressure, wind) from satellites, radar, and ground stations, then feeding this into powerful supercomputers that run complex Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) models to simulate future weather. Finally, the meteorologist interprets these model outputs, combining them with their scientific knowledge, experience, and local insights (using tools like the GFE for grids) to create and translate these numerical weather products (NWP) into a text form that is understandable by the public.
