We are looking for someone who understands the ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฏ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ-๐๐ผ-๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ โ business development, estimating and tendering, contracts, commercial management, procurement, project controls, construction delivery, QA/QC, HSE and profitable close-out.
You may have already delivered significant ๐บ๐๐น๐๐ถ-๐บ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ or major portfolios, with the capability to lead increasingly complex and higher-value projects as the business grows.
Beyond project delivery, we want someone who knows how to ๐ฏ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฏ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ โ strengthening governance, commercial controls, project systems, QA/QC, HSE and ISO-aligned management and certification pathways.
Strong ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป is essential: contracts, cost, risk, cash flow, margins, profitability and converting opportunities into sustainable business.
You will also bring excellent executive communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with major clients, consultants, government and international partners.
