What You’ll Do
✅ Lead the design and construction of reservoirs, boreholes, pipelines, and treatment plant structures.
✅ Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
✅ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
✅ Ensure compliance with local and international construction codes and environmental regulations.
✅ Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and funding organizations.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural/ Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Experience: Minimum 10-15 years managing large-scale water infrastructure projects.
✔ Certification: Registered Professional Engineer (RPEng) or equivalent.
✔ Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Knowledge: Familiarity with PNG construction codes, environmental impact assessments, and international water standards.
✔ Track Record: Proven ability to deliver high-budget projects on time and within scope.

Are you an expert in Health & Safety with a focus on ISO standards? APNG Engineering & Construction is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist who is skilled in all aspects of workplace safety, including licensed scaffolding and APTC Health & Safety qualifications.

Qualification Requirements:
- Grade 10/12 Certificate.
- Diploma/Degree in Health & Safety or related field.
- ISO 45001 certification or equivalent, with proven knowledge of Health & Safety management systems.
- Licensed Scaffolder certification.
- APTC Graduate in Health & Safety or equivalent.
- Proven experience in implementing risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) is a plus.

We Need Someone With These Attributes:
- Expertise in Health & Safety standards and a solid understanding of ISO 45001 regulations for construction sites.
- Strong experience in scaffolding safety, ensuring full compliance with ISO and local safety standards.
