Dokona Papua Construction Limited is seeking qualified professionals to fill two critical positions within our growing organisation. We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our operations and help build Papua New Guinea's future.

Position 1: IT Support Officer
We are looking for a proactive and technically-minded IT Support Officer to be the first point of contact for all internal IT-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, as well as managing user accounts and IT assets.

Core Competencies:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years' IT support experience
- At least 2 years supporting building and construction operations
- Experience supporting multiple office and remote site locations

Position 2: Administration Manager
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead all administrative functions of the company. The role oversees office administration, facilities, document control, travel, asset management, and administrative staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Core Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' administration experience
- At least 4 years in a management role
- Experience within the building and construction industry preferred
