Forging a Stronger Workforce: TECCHNO LEAN Welders Earn SMAW NC II Certification
GENERAL SANTOS CITY, July 5, 2026 — A significant milestone was achieved by TECCHNO LEAN as five of its welding personnel successfully completed the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II training under the Mobile Training Program of the TESDA Training Center – General Santos City (TTC GSC) and earned the highly valued National Certificate (NC) II.

Receiving the NC II is more than just completing a training program; it is a testament that the workers have met the national competency standards set by TESDA.
