Flamingo House located at Vista Verde South

-Ongoing Masonry Works
-Roof Beam
-Lintel Beam and Stiffener Column for Window & Door Opening

Our houses use Concrete Poured Lintel Beam and Stiffener Column for Window and Door Opening, this replaced the common practice of other builder of using wood, this proper method will limit the possible cracks on your wall which is usually seen above the Openings during Movement.
