📈 From Market Validation to Business Planning: The Next Step Toward Commercialization

Following the completion of the Market Study and Feasibility Study Training, the RAISE Program in Southern Tagalog continues its commitment to accelerating technology commercialization through the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 under the SOUTH Mentorship Series.

This three-day intensive workshop will guide participants through the essential components of business planning for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources (AANR) technologies, including:

✅ Management and Organizational Planning
✅ Financial Planning and Projections
✅ Mentoring, Workshops, and Output Critiquing

Designed for researchers, innovators, technology generators, and commercialization champions, this training aims to bridge the gap between research outputs and real-world impact.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed a comprehensive business plan that can serve as a roadmap for technology commercialization, enterprise creation, technology licensing, or spin-off development.
