* Housing, Transfers, & Repairs: Please select the "General Service Department" option. (Kindly remember to include your complete address in your submission.)

* Visitor's Passes: Please select the "Visitor's Pass" option.

* Other HR & GSD Concerns: Please use the "Other Concerns" option for any requests not covered by the categories above.

Selecting the correct category helps us process your requests much faster.

To all the fathers and father-figures out there, salamat sa walang sawang pagmamahal at sakripisyo para sa pamilya ninyo.

To honor you, we have displayed celebratory tarpaulins and banners at the main entrance gates of the Mine, Mill, Admin, and TSF areas. The tarpaulins feature touching handprints and messages from elementary students, while the banners were beautifully crafted by high school students.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to the faculty of SLHS-Philex and PMES. This initiative would not have been possible without their invaluable support.
