We invite you to share your research through our new journal, 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐀𝐄𝐆), published by Caraga State University, under the management of the College of Engineering and Geosciences (CEGS).

Advances in Engineering and Geosciences is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes original research papers, short communications, and reviews on the interdisciplinary aspects of engineering including civil, environmental, geodetic, geomatics, geoinformatics, electronic communications, mining, and agricultural and biosystems; and geosciences including contributions on Earth systems, geologic hazards and risks, and geology-related environmental issues and their impact on society.

CALL FOR SECTION EDITORS!

We are looking for new volunteer section editors to join our dedicated editorial board at the Advances in Engineering and Geoscience (AEG) journal!

AEG is currently managed by a team of volunteer academics who oversee peer-review as well as participating in management discussions, helping to steer the AEG journal more broadly. We seek to invite (unpaid) volunteers to the Editorial Board at AEG. Section editors should have expertise in engineering and geosciences and will primarily be responsible for handling submitted manuscripts and managing the peer review process. All our section editors should also be comfortable coordinating peer review for submissions from engineering and geosciences disciplines outside their immediate expertise.

The Research and Development Publications Office (RDPO) of Caraga State University invites young science journal editors to join us on February 26, 2021 (Friday) for a webinar and training-workshop on Journal Management for Science Journal Editors. Learn important insights on the editorial process, accreditation, and indexing applications, member’s application to CrossRef and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), as well as the guidelines for setting-up a scientific journal online for a government institute.

This activity is divided into two (2) parts: The morning session will be a webinar via zoom and streaming via FB Live. However, the Zoom link is limited only to CSU Science Journals Editorial Board. The afternoon session is a training-workshop exclusive only for the CSU Science Journals Editorial Board.

A certificate will be awarded to those who will join the webinar after filling-up the evaluation form after the morning session.
