Major Responsibilities:
Operate company vehicles to make pickups and deliveries
Help with loading and unloading vehicles
Complete pre- and post-trip safety and operations checklists and documentation
Use navigational technology to find and follow optimal routes
Assist with regular vehicle inspections, arranging maintenance when required
Refuel vehicles and ensure they’re always ready for use
Deliver materials to designated locations in a timely fashion
Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations
Maintain a clean and operational vehicle
Represent the company in interactions with customers and the general public
Coordinate with various local government units/agencies in processing Business Permits, Licenses, and other requirements of Co-owned stores.
Process and monitor quarterly and annual renewal of all necessary requirements with various local government units and agencies.
Coordinate with Business Partner regarding the submission of all necessary requirements with various local government units and agencies.
Handle paperwork for the delivery, installation, requests, follow-ups and collection of purchase orders from suppliers and/or clients.
Maintain local government/client related files

Qualifications:
Valid commercial driver’s license
Prior experience driving in a professional capacity
Experience using GPS technology
Great time management and organizational skills
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance
Familiarity with the local area
Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Perform routine clerical accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department, while adhering to established accounting standards
•Be a resource for accounts payable and receivable
•Assist in year-end audit requests
•Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems
•Secures financial information by completing database backups, keeping information confidential.
•Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts to ledgers and databases
•Process journal entries and reconcile bank statements in comparison to general ledger
•Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by analyzing information from the general ledger system
•Review and balance internal accounts, analyze variances, and prepare appropriate reports, and monitor depreciable assets with financial software
•Match, batch, and coding vendor invoices
•Prepare and interpret financial summaries and provide reports to management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
•Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, sales tax computations, and other accounting duties in a timely manner

Qualifications:
•Licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred
•Natural proficiency with math
•Knowledge of basic financial, tax, and accounting principles
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Proficient in Microsoft Office with the aptitude to learn new systems
•2-3 years of clerical accounting experience
•Experience with financial planning software

•Develop and manage the bid timetable, managing inputs and suppliers as appropriate to ensure all key milestones are met
•Collaborate closely at all stages of the bid management process with the Management, ensure close collaboration with different departments/teams as appropriate (i.e. Legal, HR, Operations, and Finance) ensuring they are kept up to date at each stage of bid development
•Ensure that tenders are compliant with procuring entity’s requirements and are in line with those guidelines / policies set out by the central teams
•Managing own work effectively and providing support to colleagues as required
•Provide quality assurance checks and reviews by reviewing proposals and other tender documents before submission for colleagues as requested

•Responsible for on-site installation of equipment and also for performing preventive and emergency repairing and maintenance functions in a 24x7 work environment.
•Installs and repairs automatic equipment and troubleshoots if there are any electrical or mechanical failures.
•Responsible for upgrading and modifying the product as well as handling special assignments.
•Configures and installs the workstations, servers, etc., and provides valuable support in initializing the new product or site.
•Provides a detailed feedback to the senior personnel from the organization regarding the performance of the automated system.
•Performs other engineering, technical, and/or managerial related tasks in accordance with the needs of the company.
•Provide technical training to customer laboratories and provide support to the customer during the evaluation and implementation process.
•Follow normal standard of work for documentation for customer complaint handling and customer interactions to ensure total customer satisfaction.
•Provide ongoing technical assistance and assistance for customer issues and/or confirm that the customer has properly received resolution.

Qualifications:
•3+ years of previous experience as a Medical Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist or similar role within a hospital, National, or academic lab.
•Knowledge of laboratory workflow and information systems.
•Experience in molecular and microbiology techniques and assays.
•The ability to interact and communicate positively and effectively with customers.
•A basic understanding of installations and repairs in order to support both application and technical support.
•Excellent troubleshooting skills are essential.
•Computer proficient particularly in the MS Office environment.
•Self-motivated, success oriented and demonstrated collaborative, customer focused approach.
