Successfully completed system reprocess to restore the unit’s cooling performance. Unit tested and checked after service.

DONE: Regular Cleaning – TCL Window Type Inverter ❄️

Nagpa-cleaning ang customer kay hinay na daw mobugnaw bisan wala pa mag-1 year ang unit.

Upon checking, hugaw na ang unit, mao nga gi-proceed nato ang cleaning. Pero during the cleaning, nakita pud nato nga naa diay refrigerant leak, ug mao pud diay ang hinungdan nganong hinay na ang cooling.

👉 Lesson: Dili lang ta mag-focus sa cleaning. Importante gyud nga i-check nato ang unit thoroughly kung naa bay lain problema, labi na kung reklamo sa customer kay hinay mobugnaw.

Para klaro sa customer ang actual condition sa unit ug malikayan pud ang misunderstanding or pagtuo nga backjob kung dili gihapon mobugnaw tungod sa existing leak.

Clean unit + proper diagnosis = better service. 💯🔧

🔧 DONE REPAIR | Samsung Split Type Inverter

Outdoor unit not running with no error code displayed.

Upon troubleshooting, found an open circuit on the communication wire signal, causing the outdoor unit not to operate.

✅ Thorough troubleshooting
✅ Communication signal checked
✅ Open circuit rectified
✅ Unit operation restored

Kada tuig pa cleaning sa window type aircon, pero karon grabe na ang hugaw ug nag jelly na ang unit.

Akong gi recommend ang Deep Cleaning para mas maayong malimpyo ang unit. Pero tungod kay regular cleaning ra ang budget sa customer, walay problema ako na ang bahala. 😊

Importante sa atoa nga limpyo ug tarong ang trabaho bisan unsa pa ang budget sa customer. 💪❄️
