Good day, Philkonstrak Development Corporation Team!

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Roberto C. Mejares, Jr. as our new Property Management Development Operations Officer II, coming from his previous role as Project-In-Charge assigned in Dalaguete.

His experience in project supervision and site operations will be a great asset to our Property Management Division as we continue to strengthen our preventive and repair/maintenance programs across all projects.

• Wall painting works (balusters & slab area after planter box removal at backside of guest house) – 99% completion (emulsion paint remaining)
• Concrete slab works – 100% completed
• Grass paver block – awaiting materials
• Wall painting (backside of Sto. Niño & corner of guest building) – 100% completed
• Wall painting (lower side of steel railings front of Sto. Niño & back of family guest house) – ongoing, awaiting structural design for slope protection

ONGOING ACTIVITIES

• Application of tile grout for 600x600 tiles at Sto. Niño & border line painting (1 worker)
• Second coating for wall railings front of Sto. Niño (1 worker)
• Painting works at corner side of Sto. Niño (1 worker)
• Concrete pouring for floor slab at back of guest house (2 workers)
• Hauling of excavated materials & removal of formworks near gazebo slab (4 workers)

• Ongoing installation across 110mm, 90mm, and 63mm lines

⚠️ Challenges Encountered:
• Insufficient fuel supply
• Rainy weather affecting site access road
• Limited generator for welding works
