Ito ang pinakamadalas na tanong sa amin. Maraming nagtatago ng presyo o kaya naman ay nagbibigay ng sobrang babang estimate para lang maka-attract ng client, tapos magugulat ka na lang sa "hidden charges" sa gitna ng construction.

Dito sa Tricore, we value transparency. Para sa isang 2-story Modern Minimalist home na tulad nito, the realistic budget for a standard to premium finish starts at Php 30k - 35k per sqm.

Saan ba napupunta ang budget mo para makuha ang ganitong "Premium Look"?

Here's our Top 3 Hacks para i-maximize ang limited floor area mo:

1️⃣ The "Floating" Effect: Pansinin ang sofa at coffee table sa video, may mga paa (legs) ito imbes na nakalapat nang buo sa sahig. Kapag nakikita ng mata mo ang floor tiles sa ilalim ng furniture, nag-i-create ito ng illusion na mas malaki ang kwarto. 🪑

2️⃣ Open Plan & Smart Zoning: Iwasan ang paglalagay ng mga solid na pader para lang maghiwalay ng kwarto. Gumamit ng area rugs o ilaw para i-define kung alin ang living area at alin ang dining. Less walls = more breathing room. 🌬️
