Purok 5, Brgy. Mariveles, Duis, Bohol

A Modern tropical bungalow houses combine single-story convenience with minimalist aesthetics, flat or shed rooflines, and large windows. They prioritize seamless indoor-outdoor living, open floor plans, and natural materials like wood, concrete, and stone. Roof lines are dominated by flat concrete slabs, sharp lean-to shed roofs, or hidden butterfly slopes. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels that maximize natural daylight and enhance curb appeal. A mix of warm wood accents, raw concrete finishes, and stone tiles. Open-air garages built cleanly into the primary structural frame.

A Commercial Residential building, commonly known as a mixed-use building, integrates distinct real estate zones into a single structure to maximize urban land efficiency. It typically features public-facing business spaces on the lower floors and private housing units on the upper levels.
Ground Floor: Dedicated to retail shops, convenience stores (like a neighborhood sari-sari store), or restaurants to ensure easy walk-in access.
