C&H Builders Co., a construction company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves handling construction materials, preparing orders, and maintaining organization within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, inspect, and store incoming construction materials and supplies
* Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery or site use
* Maintain accurate inventory records
* Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
* Assist in stock counting and inventory audits
* Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

* Female, preferably 18–35 years old
* At least High School graduate
* Experience in warehouse or construction-related work is an advantage
* Physically fit
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Draftsman / Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Solve technical problems and ensure project quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering or related field. (Can be undergraduate)
- no experience needed but willing to learn and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
