Tanong:
-Magkano arki ang estimate mo sa bahay kong ipapagawa?
-Magkano kaya renovation?
-Bakit di mo agad ako mabigyan presyo per sq.m? Bakit yung ibang contractor meron agad presyo!😡

ME: May presyo agad? Redflag yan.. Wait lang po. Eme. Di po kc namin to hinuhulaan. 😁

Dapat gawin:
1. Maging malinaw sa scope ng trabaho. Ano ang ipapagawa? Kung wala pang design, magpa design muna.
2. Be realistic. Sabihin mo ang iyong ideal budget para magawan ka ng disenyo na angkop sa iyong budget.
3. Wag umasa sa per sq.m na presyo. Maging mapanuri! Magdemand ng detalyadong estimate (bill of materials) sa inyong contractor nang sa gayon malalaman nyo anong materyales ang ilalagay sa iyong bahay, at kung nasunod ba ang specs ng plano.
4. Wag masilaw sa mura. Baka sa bandang huli puro backjob at additionals.
