Primelectric Holdings, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Roel Z. Castro emphasized the importance of operating a power distribution utility from a consumer’s perspective, saying that customer satisfaction remains his primary measure of service quality.

“Consumer din ako. I’d like the kind of service that I expect as a consumer. My guiding question has always been: Am I happy with the service that I am receiving?” Castro said.

The country’s first customized standalone mobile substation of its kind? Nasa Iloilo!

Ginagamit ito ng MORE Power bilang portable backup substation na maaaring agad i-deploy sa panahon ng maintenance, upgrades, o emergency upang makatulong na maiwasan ang malawakang brownout.

Ang ganitong uri ng modernong power infrastructure ang layunin ding dalhin ng Ignite Power sa ilalim ng JVA ng SOCOTECO II para sa GenSan, Sarangani, at South Cotabato.

Bumaba sa 5.47% ang system loss sa unang taon matapos ipatupad ang Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) ng CENECO at Primelectric, mula sa dating 11-12%.

Ayon sa Negros Power, isa ito sa mga pangunahing resulta ng kanilang 5-Year Development Plan na nakatuon sa modernisasyon ng power distribution system at pagpapahusay ng serbisyo sa mga consumer.

Ang Megaworld Substation ay modernong pasilidad ng Prime Electric na gumagamit ng SCADA para sa real-time na pagsubaybay at mabilis na pagtugon sa mga problema sa kuryente.

Sa ilalim ng JVA ng SOCOTECO at Ignite Power, dadalhin ang ganitong modernisasyon sa sakop ng SOCOTECO 2 upang mapahusay ang kalidad at pagiging maaasahan ng serbisyo.

The proposed 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐉𝐕𝐀) with IGNITE Power offers a path toward a stronger and more reliable electric distribution system. Under this proposal, IGNITE Power will infuse much-needed capital, modernize substations and distribution lines, improve system reliability, reduce outages, strengthen customer service, offer affordable rates, and support the growing power needs of General Santos City, Polomolok, Tupi, and Sarangani Province.

Most importantly, the agreement is conditional—meaning it will only proceed if it receives the approval of the majority of SOCOTECO II’s Member-Consumer-Owners through the upcoming plebiscite.
