Two-Storey Residential Home
(Developed during apprenticeship with ARSAC)

This project focused on:

• Maximizing corner lot exposure
• Creating strong horizontal roof planes for modern appeal
• Integrating carport seamlessly with main façade
• Balancing warm wood tones with neutral wall finishes

The design strategy emphasized:

• Functional ground floor planning
• Open balcony interaction
• Material contrast for depth and visual hierarchy

This experience strengthened our approach to practical residential design — where aesthetics and buildability go hand in hand.
