Today, we celebrate CMRMC’s successful surveillance audit by TÜV SÜD and 10 years of being ISO 9001 certified. This milestone is a reflection of our enduring values — excellence, teamwork, commitment, honesty, and malasakit.

We also honor the mentors who stood by us from the very beginning. A heartfelt thank you to QualitEx Management Consultancy, who guided us 10 years ago when ISO accreditation for a small, family-owned business seemed impossible. To Sir Pike, Ms. Rosan, and Ms. Sheila — your encouragement still fuels us today. We will not retreat, nor surrender when times get tough. Fight!

To our operations mentor, Sir Norrell — thank you for guiding us in integrating ISO principles into our daily production. Your constant push for consistent, incremental improvements has made a lasting impact and your wisdom continues to inspire growth in our leadership.
