I recently worked with a patronage client who requested a take-off for a large project. Using Bluebeam, I provided him with floor plans marked up and detailed quantities for all stucco application areas. I made sure the scale was accurate to ensure reliable results. I delivered the output ahead of our agreed deadline so he could review and make any necessary corrections. He was very satisfied with the work, paid the agreed fee, and mentioned he would attach the take-off to his proposal.
