Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff member to join our team. This role supports daily office operations and helps ensure a smooth, organized, and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
*Key Responsibilities
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
-Greet visitors and provide general office support
-Perform data entry, filing, and document management
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Assist with basic accounting, invoicing, or record-keeping (if applicable)
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
*Qualifications
-20 years old and above
-High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
-Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and work independently
