Last February 27, 2026, the halls of the Food Technology and Processing Center were filled with grit, creativity, and the delicious aroma of success!

We are incredibly proud of our Mariano Peralta National High School Senior High Grade 12 students for successfully defending their Final Defense in Food Innovation. As part of their Inquiries, Investigation, and Immersion (3Iโ€™s) subject, these young innovators proved that they have what it takes to lead the future of the food industry.
