We are currently seeking a highly qualified Motorpool Chief Mechanic to lead and manage the overall maintenance, repair operations, and regulatory compliance of all company-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automotive-electrical maintenance, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and exhibit a solid understanding of preventive maintenance programs and strategies.

Qualifications:

1. College graduate, high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a technical degree in automotive or electrical systems is preferred. TESDA Certificate is an advantage but not required;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, preferably in a motorpool or similar environment;
3. Supervisory experience in a motorpool or fleet maintenance setting is required; practical expertise in vehicle electrical systems is considered an advantage.
4. Hardworking and trustworthy;
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
6. Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment and
7. Physically and mentally fit.
