Please be informed that due to Tropical Storm Basyang and the resulting weather conditions, the previously scheduled activities for some colleges have been rescheduled to ensure the safety of everyone.

𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 — meet the CMU Peer Counselors College Designates.

Representing their respective assigned colleges and units, these Peer Counselors serve as bridges of 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘺, 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 within the CMU community. Together, they embody the true essence of peer counseling — to 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙𝙡𝙮, 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.

Each officer and committee member embodies the spirit of 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘺, 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦. Together, we create a safe and welcoming space where every student feels heard, supported, and valued. 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿? 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀!

The Peer Counselors assigned in the College of Engineering consists of 7 members wherein each was divided according to the four departments of Engineering. We have 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘 & 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗦 for the department of mechanical engineering, 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡 & 𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗭𝗔 for the department of civil engineering, 𝗝𝗜𝗠 & 𝗞𝗜𝗠 for the department of agricultural and biosystems engineering and kuya 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗡 for the department of electrical engineering.

When life starts feeling more complicated than your Calculus exam or your stress levels rise faster than your lab report deadlines, they’re here to help you recalibrate before you short-circuit. Think of them as your built-in support system, ready to debug your worries and listen when things go off course. They listen and do not judge—they carry with them the heart of compassion and service.
