This company was established in Manila, Philippines in June 01, 2008. Its first company name was Vales-Sinogba Engineering Partners (VSEP), a partnership of Mr. Sinogba was the Managing Partner of VSEP. VSEP was doing mechanical designs such as HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. VSEP was dissolved in December 2010. Sinogba decided to continue the office operation and regi
ster its new business name to EV SINOGBA CONSULTING ENGINEERS (ESCE). The company has expanded its operation to complete engineering services such as Civil, Architectural, Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems) and Electrical discipline. SERVICES
EV Sinogba Consulting Engineers (ESCE) has established itself as a Civil, Architectural, Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems) and Electrical engineering firm providing complete engineering design services and other engineering systems related works. military and commercial projects in Korea, Japan and Guam and currently added new client from Abu Dhabi. ESCE is committed to providing excellent quality and service to our clients abroad. We offer a variety of engineering services like the designs and calculations of heating, ventilating, air conditioning using updated HVAC load calculation software of Trane (Trace700) and Carrier (HAP), plumbing and fire protection systems using updated Elite Software for hydraulic calculations. We are also using Autocad 2012 and Microstation 8.0 for producing drawings. ESCE has experience engineers in its respective field. The senior engineers have a minimum of ten years experience in the design of their respective fields.
