The exterior is defined by graceful arched openings, creating a warm and inviting façade while celebrating one of the most iconic elements of Mediterranean design. Inside, these arches continue to provide a seamless transition between spaces, adding depth, softness, and architectural elegance.
The home’s walls are finished with a premium satin paint, providing a refined, smooth surface that gently reflects natural and ambient light, enhancing the bright and airy atmosphere throughout the residence.
Selected feature walls are finished with Asvesti Limewash, a handcrafted decorative finish that introduces subtle movement, rich texture, and organic depth. Its soft, cloud-like appearance brings warmth and timeless character, creating feature walls that are elegant without overwhelming the space.
Carefully placed Moroccan-inspired tiles enrich selected areas of the home with handcrafted artistry and subtle geometric patterns. These carefully curated finishes provide visual balance, texture, and Mediterranean charm while perfectly complementing the neutral palette.
A thoughtfully curated lighting design combines warm ambient illumination, decorative wall sconces, recessed ceiling lights, cove lighting, staircase lighting, and statement chandeliers.
