Position: Project In-Charge
Location: Metro Manila
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome and must be eager to learn the ins and outs of managing construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management software.
