Additionally, a separate connectivity issue is affecting parts of Brgy. Liberty, Santiago, and Mabini due to a damaged fiber cable that was accidentally struck by a passing 10-wheeler wing van.

The issue was caused by a fiber line cut after a utility post was accidentally hit by a trailer truck, resulting in damage to critical network infrastructure.
